By public transport
You can take the subway lines U7, U8 and U15 or a No. 70 bus directly to the stops "Ruhbank (Fernsehturm)" or "Waldau". The Stuttgart Television Tower is only a few minutes' walk away from these stops. From the Stuttgart main station, it takes 11 minutes by the U7 train and 16 minutes by the U15 train to go to the stop "Ruhbank (Fernsehturm)".
By car
B27: Take the B27 trunk road to Dobelstraße and then Sonnenbergstraße and Richard-Wagner-Straße to Pischekstraße. Continue from there along Jahnstraße.
Via the A8 motorway: Leave at exit 52a-52b, Stuttgart-Degerloch-Stuttgart-Möhringen, and take the B27 trunk road in the direction of S.-Möhringen-Ost. Then bear right into Jahnstraße.
Free parking is available at the Tower.
Please note that the Stuttgart TV Tower is situated within the Low Emission Zone. You can park your car at one of the Park & Ride parking lots situated outside the Low Emission Zone and change to public transportation. There are Park & Ride parking lots at the stations in Plochingen, Waiblingen, Winnenden, Backnang, Bietigheim-Bissingen, Leonberg, Goldberg, Herrenberg, Gärtringen and Leinfelden, to name just a few. These parking lots have signposts with the P+R symbol on them. Parking fees cost 1-2 Euros per day. From the stations you can take the tram ("S-Bahn") to the Stuttgart main station. There switch to the subway lines U7 to "Ostfildern" or U15 to "Heumaden". Get off at the stop "Ruhbank (Fernshturm)". From the subway stop is a five-minute-walk through the forrest to the TV Tower.
